thursday - ate 600 cals then worked off 800
friday - 4 graham crackers, a cup of wheat thins, and half a sandwich for dinner :(

i just realized how amazing you girls are. your so strong, no matter what anyone says. i'm pretty happy with myself tonight, i ate about 600 today then went to thegym and burned more than 800 and now i'm eating peas :) it feels amazing, i needed that i haven't had many good days lately. tomorrow is friday and i'm doing things that dont maaake you hungry :) so that should be good.

yesterday i had about 700 cals, with a long jog and a 2 hour gym time.
today ive had 300 !  so far.. with a little run. i'm hoping to stay this way :) but of course im pretty bad at that. i think today i won't go over 500 , then i'll excersize lots.
tomorrow's gaol : 400 , plus gym ! yaaay

lost 4 pounds since monday. not the best but it's a start. i'm pretty proud of myself.
today i ate about 600 calories. i'm also drinking tonight, rum, so that sucks.. but i'm gunna work out now
and tomorrow it's broth, tea, and lettuce :)

so after keeping breaking my promises,
i've decided starting tomrrow until i don't know i'm living off beef broth and  a few veggies a day.
i've only lost 2 pounds in a week and it sucks
anyone with me ???? !!!

today was alright. i ate about 450 calories, but lots of them were fruit so its better. i ran twice and wlkaed home from school today... which was better. i'm 153 now.. i think i lost two pounds, but it might just be by chance. i seriosly need to step up my game, i can't take this weight anymore. my goal by saturday is 148. i can do it, i NEED to think thin. i think tomorrow i'm going to do mostly fruit again, walk to my hair appointment (YAY!!) and take a long run when i get home. don't forget tons of water , tea , and i think i'm gunna get some more chrystal light.

ideal weight : 130 by may ( and keep it down the whole summer )

soooooo i've decided negative calorie fruits and veggies are the way to go. for the next week anyway.
i'm gunna try it out, see what happens. maybe eat like, 4 servings a day, just when i get hungry. along with my water fast!

tomorrow i'm going to walk home after school
thursday i will either go to the gym or go for a run
friday i will lift weights at home and do my excersizes

the weekends are always tough cause when im drunk i'm hungry. also how many fucking calories are in alcohol, and how much time i have on my hands to think about food. fuck!

i'm gunna do it though..

we'll all stay skinny cause we just won't eat
